Human beings, being social, require interaction and connection with other people. In a digitized world, it is a challenge to meet this need. For this reason, the Ranking PXI customer experience Ecuador 2023 event highlights the importance of practicing the Human to Human model. In which a more human and close side of the brands is shown, which manages to generate unique connections. In fact, BMI's commitment is to provide the best service to its customers so that they can feel satisfied, focusing our strategy on customer centricity. This daily work of the entire team was recognized on Thursday, May 25 at the Bakers Club in Guayaquil, where we were awarded, precisely by Expand, representative of the Chilean company Praxis in Ecuador, and Vistazo Magazine. Here we received two great prizes:
1. Third place National Ranking PXI Ecuador 2023
2. First Place Ranking PXI Ecuador 2023 in the Health Insurance Sector.
It is proud to have achieved this award, thanks to the work of our collaborators who show their love and dedication every day, which has the objective of working for their clients. This reward is for all of them.
How was the measurement process?
Expand an Ecuadorian company, which has the representation of Praxis, a Chilean company, which measures the customer experience, was in charge of evaluating 63 brands from 13 industry sectors. To identify customer opinion, they conducted 19,194 surveys, in which they rated their experience with the different brands. The factors evaluated were: effectiveness, ease and emotion.
We thank Expand and Revista Vistazo for this recognition and for their rigorous research process. Definitely, this award is an impulse to continue offering a quality service to all clients that meets their expectations and is memorable.
