ELIGIBILITY
・Requires a minimum of 5 employee holders per group policy, who must be on active duty and work full time for the employer.
・The maximum enrollment age is 69 years old. No age limit for renewal while the group is valid.
・Dependents until they are 18 years of age or who are single and reside with the policyholder until they are 30 years of age. Dependents who study full time outside the country of residence until they are 24 years old.
・Medical examination is required from the age of 65.
DEDUCTIBLE
・Applies per insured, per policy year, up to a maximum of 2 deductibles per family.
・In the event of an accident treated in the country of residence, the deductible does not apply.
・Expenses incurred during the last 90 days of the policy year that do not exceed the deductible will be applied to the following period of the policy year.
